One could use several words to encapsulate my life's trajectory from birth. Guide, counselor, or traveler are some. I was always existential and eager to explore a new topic and or hobby, even if I did not consistently practice that hobby for a long time. When I entered my undergraduate years, I realized that I wanted a career where a multidisciplinary approach could be beneficial. Hence, I acquired a bachelor's in history and a master's in rehabilitation and mental health counseling. My life is centered around wandering the world literally or figuratively and helping whom I can along the way. It has allowed me to collaborate with people who are vastly different. A vital part of this is that I never attempt to abuse the privilege that comes with my race, ethnicity, and sex. I know this world may never be truly rid of suffering, but as long as I am alive, I will do what I can.
