Work Style

I am someone who walks the line between individualism and collectivism concerning work. I value someone going out on their own and achieving things. I also appreciate doing something for the collective. I believe that even if you are trying to create something new or be a pioneer, you still need to think about the collective. I believe there is value in switching your job or career, but I do not believe you should just abandon your co-workers. I admire the work ethic and indirect insight ideas found in collectivistic cultures. I would argue that it is sometimes okay to challenge your elders, but you still need to show them respect. I do not believe we must succumb to cultural relativism, which applies to everything in my mind. I value specialization, but that can create some limitations. I believe the world needs specialists, and those who try multiple things.

Professional Goals

I want to combine my bachelor's in history, master's in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling, and my practices to keep exploring existential questions. I am unsure where exactly that will take me next, and I don't care. I'm just happy to help humans and animals along the way.
