My Skills

Something I want to emphasize about my skills is that I have attained them from a combination of accredited organizations or teachers that had spent a very long time studying their craft before they decided to teach others. I would argue that this is part of what makes me unique. I am well-versed in applications such as Word and Excel. I am learning more about coding. I am erudite on many periods in history. I train in martial arts, traditional archery, and music. I have been a percussionist for twenty-two years and am currently learning to play more instruments. I have examined many science topics. I studied Latin for multiple years as an undergraduate. I have taught English in Shanghai, China. I'm most skilled in contemplative psychotherapy, polyvagal therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Accomplishments

First I will go through some accomplishments I have had throughout my jobs. Then I will have quotes from previous or current students and clients about my impact on them throughout the years. I will not list the person's name to protect their privacy but simply the organization I worked for. I may also correct some of the punctuation issues. Other than that, I will not make any adjustments to the quotes. When I served for City Year, Americorps, I received an award for my dedication to the belief that all students could make positive changes. When I was a teacher's assistant in Charlottesville, Virginia, I was one of the faculty members who started a diversity group at the school.

He's a good hearted person when I get to into a situation he checks me on it and gives me reasonable advice that I take and it works every time and he's just a good hearted person. Everybody here loves him but I'm speaking for myself. Cale and Peter and Bryan are your best workers."
