Restoring Self: Internal Family Systems (IFS) as Evidence-Based Treatment for Combat Veterans with Structural Dissociation and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
This is a paper I did with a classmate in my program. The class was on trauma and grief counseling. We paired up and picked a population. Then we decided on a therapy that would be effective for that population. My classmate and I chose Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
